OUR STAFF

RECEPTIONISTS
Pat and Joan have been with Cumberland Orthopedics for a combined 24 years of service. They will greet you on arrival and help you with any questions you have on your departure. Accomodating your needs in making appointments is their primary goal.

X-RAY AND MEDICAL ASSISTANTS
Robbie and Sharon are both licensed x-ray technicians who also help our providers during your exam. They can help you with questions about your visit and tests that may be prescribed. They also have extensive experience with orthopedics, having a total of more than 18 years at Cumberland Orthopedics.

SURGERY
Cindy and Heather are responsible for handling all your surgical needs. They will make arrangements for a convenient time and schedule your preoperative testing and appointments.

PRECERTIFICATION
Brenda makes sure your insurance company approves all of your tests.

BILLING
Sandy, Leslie and Alyce are responsible for all questions regarding your bill. They will always try to settle disputes with your insurance company and work out agreeable payment arrangements with you.

WORKER'S COMPENSATION
Andrea is our worker's compensation coordinator. She will be the liaison between you, your employer and your insurance company. Every effort is made to get information to all parties in a fast efficient manner.

OFFICE MANAGER
Mary Jo is a registered nurse and has been with Cumberland Orthopedics for 17 years. She oversees the general operation of the office.

OTHER STAFF
Our staff also includes many people to make your visit a positive experience. Tracie, Minerva, Lynn, Gricel, Kathy and Carol all play a part in helping insure you get the care you deserve. Minerva and Gricel are bilingual in English and Spanish.
